Access to capital is a major problem for start up ventures and businesses trying to expand. Our partners are looking to invest in Africa, they range from: angel investors, venture capitalists, super angels, and etc. How can you get on their radar? Well, in the developed world most of these investors know where to look, they go to accelerators, incubators, and the like.
Basically, investors like business ecosystems and knowledge clusters that have multiple businesses/entrepreneurs that are getting mentored. Silicon Valley in the United States is a good example of this, even though Silicon Valley is focused on technology. Other markets have such ecosystems, why can’t Africa?
Entrepreneurs admitted into The DAIN Network will have various options of financing through our partners – equity, debt, quasi-equity.
